Oh my goodness...you girls knocked my socks off today! I am so very proud of all of you! Fabulous job. 
JFL Night at the football game tomorrow (Friday)
Meet at the JFL FIELD @ 6:00. Line up is at 6:30 and then we will walk over to the high school. Full uniform, bodysuit, bows, shoes, tan tights, poms.

Parade tonight!

Parade tonight! Everyone meet in the Food Fair parking lot by 5:30pm. Traffic can be congested so give yourselves time. I have bags for each girl with their bodysuits, bows, poms and a backpack donated by the Jones'. Thanks Nicky! If you voluteered to bring a sign don't forget it. We will decorate the truck when you get there:)

Parade

Parade Thursday. Meet in the food fair parking lot at 5:30pm. Uniforms, high ponytail, white shoes, tan tights. I'll bring poms and bows. Volunteers remember to bring your signs. Also, bring a towel to sit on and a jacket in case it gets chilly:)

Letter to parents

Parents,
I’ve had concern expressed from some of you over the uniforms and the girls being too cold during chilly games and I agree. Last year the weather was so warm and this year that’s just not the case. To help with this, I’ve ordered white long sleeve bodysuits to go under their uniforms and knee socks for cold evenings. The total cost of these will be $31.00 due Tuesday Oct 4th. I contacted our Varsity rep and she ordered the girls the same size as their uniforms. They should be here around Thursday so they can have them for the Saturday night game. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact me. Also, we are going to be in the Homecoming parade on Thursday September 29th. We will meet in the Food Fair parking lot at 5:30pm. Uniforms, high ponytails, bows, tights, white shoes and body suits and socks (if they have come in by that time). Just a reminder, I update the team’s facebook page and website every week. It is the girls’ responsibility to check one of these sites for info, schedules,changes, reminders etc. If you are not on facebook, the team’s site is russellmiddleschooldanceteam.blogspot.com. Please bookmark and check regularly.
I’m very proud of our girls! I had a lot of compliments after their past two performances. Thanks so much for everything you do! Attendance has been outstanding and the work ethic these girls have is amazing.

GAME CANCELLED TODAY
Just got off the field in my rain boots and had mud clear to the top of them and the middle school boys haven't even been on it yet to tear it up. Im so sorry! I know you were excited about this game. So was I. See you girls Tuesday!!

Game Day!

I'll see everyone at 2:20pm at the JFL field! I'm bringing your bows with me. High ponytail,  uniform, tan tights, white shoes, white no shows. Bring a jacket and a back up pair of shoes in case the field is muddy. Pre game "Back in Black" & "Ice Ice Baby". Halftime "Party Rock Mix". 

Schedule Change

Don't forget to add Monday October 24 6:30 to your schedule. That will be "Thriller Night" at the maroon/black game! Also, we will NOT be performing October 8th over Fall Break. See you tonight!!

Two Performances this Week

Performance Thursday @the high school gym. Meet in the student union @6:00. High ponytail, uniform, tights, white no shows, white shoes and poms if you  have them at home....Loren, Sarah and Chloe. ;) game Saturday 2:20 @ the JFL FIELD. Practice back in black and ice, ice baby!! Great practice today girls!! Thank you for all of the hard work!!

Practice 3:45-5:15 tomorrow @ McDowell. If you took your poms home saturday, bring them back tomorrow! Game Thursday 6:15@ the high school. :)

Game Day

Game day!! Warm ups @6:45 JFL FIELD. It's supposed to be 67* tonight so bring a jacket to wear in between dances. Uniforms, high ponytail, neutral color pony tail holder, tan tights, white no show socks, white shoes and back ups. No bows tonight. See you tonight!!

Practice tonight 7-9@ the studio. Game sept 17th Saturday 7:00. See you there!

Uniforms

Don't forget to turn in the  remaining $58 balance for your uniform tomorrow at practice. If you sold any mall cards,  subtract that amount from the $58 and that is what you owe. Please turn in any leftover mall coupon books tomorrow at practice as well. You will not get your uniform until the balance is paid. :)

Uniform money

Uniform money is due Tuesday September 13 during dance team practice. The final payment amount is $58. If you sold coupon books and turned in the money, deduct that amount from  $58 and that is what you will owe on Tuesday. Makes checks payable to RMS DANCE TEAM. 

Fundraiser

We actually won't be able to set up a table at the game so I'll get back to to you later with another option. Please bring any books you have leftover to practice on Tuesday so we can try to sell the rest. If you turned in money today, please private msg me your total that you sold. Thanks girls!! 

Coupon Books

Coupon book money is due Thursday September 8. Mrs. Renzi will be collecting the money in the office before school. Books are $5. Make checks payable to RMS Dance Team. Thank you!

Practice tonight

Practice 7-9:00 @ the studio tonight. We will be handing out mall coupon books to sell. Uniform balance is due next Thursday so get out there and sell some books! Can't wait to see you all tonight!! Come ready to work!!
